We went to Salt Lake City this past weekend. It was fun to see the Christmas lights at Temple Square. We stayed the night with Jake's parents and brother, Paul, at the Kimball Hotel. We window shopped at the City Creek Mall and got Cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory. (We tried to eat dinner there, but the wait was 90 minutes for a table!) The next morning Jake and his family went to his cousin, Matt Millburn's wedding. Afterward, we headed to the Gateway Mall to go to my brothers toy and candy store. You should check it out! Blickenstaff's is a vintage store that sells old-fashioned toys and candy. We came back to Temple Square for the wedding luncheon at the Lion House. It was a quick trip and a fun weekend getaway.
