We got the itch to go up to my parents home in the mountains.
Look who came to welcome us!
Jake filled the bird feeder and we immediately got a visitor.
Miss Riley found snake skin! (Don't worry Mom/Dad, she didn't find it on your deck)
Miss Sage will take a couple steps now!

It rained part of one day, but that didn't slow us down.
Riley's new favorite toy. She was a T-Rex.

We found a HUGE moth. Riley named it, "Butt-er-fly." (Because it needed a first, middle and last name of course)
Uncle Jason came exploring with us! We found 2 new hiking trails that were really close to home.
This was the first trail we went on.
And, here is the 2nd trail.
The log home in the middle of the picture is my parents home. We usually don't see it from this side of the mountain!
What an adventure! We can't wait to go back and hike those trails again! I'm glad that my brother could take some time off work to come hang out with us.
