Riley and Sage did SO good on our 15 hour drive to Huntington Beach, CA!
Grandma Great gave Riley a bucket and shovel...and off to the beach we went!

My Grandma has an atrium in the middle of her home. It's a beautiful/private place outside to read a book or eat a meal. Riley is wearing a "centurion helmet" she made at Grandma's church.

Isn't my Grandma a beautiful woman? She's 82 years old but doesn't act or look it.
You can't stay 15 minutes away from DISNEYLAND and not go there!

My Uncle John works at Disneyland on the steam engines that go around the park. If it weren't for him, we wouldn't get the chance to go to Disneyland.
The more tired Sage got, the more she drooled. :) Poor girl!
You know it was a huge success when Riley falls asleep on you. That NEVER happens.
We went to some fun playgrounds too!
Seriously....we want to move to California. But, it's sooo incredibly expensive! Jake and I went for a walk one evening and found a house for sale. They were asking $650,000!!! And, it was a small home! So, we will continue to visit my sweet Grandma and enjoy every second. We had the best time! Thank you Grandma for always making us feel so special! We love you!

ReplyDeleteSuch a fun vacay :) i want to take my boys to disneyland so bad...one of these days. I totally would love to move to California, but its way too expensive. I would love it though.
